Stewards Reports:

It is very important that weekly steward reports on Pre-Engineered Buildings be filled out entirely and correctly!!!! 

Reports must match up with the Contractor's Remittances for benefits. 

Improper reports "will" delay the processing of benefits for all that are on your job.

Verify hours with your foreman on the job if need be...good reporting, will benefit you and your brother ironworkers!

Work in the jurisdiction of Ironworkers Local #207 slowed down a littel in February, however, it should pick back up by the end of March. 

T. Bruce Campbell and G & R Minerals will be performing the work at the Bessemer and Essroc Cement plants. 

In Addition, shutdown work is scheduled to begin at the V & M Plant around April 12th. 

Connell Steel, T. Bruce Campbell and Stevens Painton Corp. are currently working at Ellwood Quality Steel in New Castle, PA on a new building and press foundation. 

Diamond Steel has ongoing work at W.C.I. in Warren, OH.  Also the outside construction work for Diamond Steel is good. 

Hively Construction will be starting a seventy thousand square foot "Wellness Center" in Niles, OH and Ferguson Steel is bidding on work that should start this spring. 

L.P. Ciminelli Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager for the "Valley View Downs" project in Lawrence County, PA.  This will be a four hundred eighty million dollar project and is expected to begin sometime in late April or early May. 

With the work on the above projects and Bridge work scheduled for this summer, our membership should experience another excellent construction season.
